Making An Enquiry Making an enquiry could not be easier. Just browse our store, and select any items that interest you. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Send Enquiry' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to respond to you.

When the confirmation email is received, this is to indicate that we have received your enquiry. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We wil endeavour to respond as soon as possible.

Shipping And Handling We aim to post items within 1 working day, once the order details are confirmed by us, the items are paid for and we have the full details regarding where the goods are to be posted. Please bear in mind that we are not open on Sundays, Mondays or Tuesdays.

For coins being posted to a UK destination, they will be posted via ‘Special Delivery with insurance’, at a cost of £5 (the rate for up to 6 coins). For International destinations the cost is likely to be around £2 above the figures given above for Special Delivery. However, we will provide the postal costs once the order is confirmed by us, and we have the destination address.

Although you can pay by cheque … we prefer that you to pay with a debit card. Please call us with the card details on 01767 600 300 after 11am Wednesday to Saturday. (or you can call us on 07787 358 689 at other times).

Returns Policy We want you to be happy with your purchases. If there is any issue, please contact us to discuss and hopefully resolve the issue. If however you do need to return any items, these must be sent via secure, tracked and insured means - or delivered personally back to our shop. We will refund the purchase price. You need to cover the cost of the return.
